Alors que certains d’entre nous vagabondent dans un spleen certain, d’autres évoluent sereinement vers l’Après. À l’Hôtel Les Mésanges, l’équipe _faisant plutôt partie de cette deuxième catégorie_ , aime à s’entourer de gens positifs.

Donc nous voudrions vous présenter aujourd’hui notre nouvelle partenaire, afin que vous puissiez vous aussi surfer sur des bonnes ondes lors de votre venue :

D’un calme olympien, championne toutes catégories du rebond, ceinture turquoise du bonheur, du signe de la marmotte ascendant campanule, Isabelle Bronner a les orteils bien ancrés dans le sol.

Fille de la montagne et ex-sportive de haut niveau en snowboard, elle se forme au dessin puis à l’architecture avant de revenir à ses premières amours : l’air pur. Depuis vingt ans elle est accompagnatrice en montagne et mêle astucieusement le plaisir de la marche à la pédagogie.

Adepte de la méditation depuis dix ans, diplômée de yoga, Isabelle est actuellement en formation de professeur en Viniyoga. Autrement dit elle vous emmène sur ses petits chemins, au fil du vent pour suivre le cycle de l’eau. Vous propose plusieurs sorties, axées sur le bien-être, le ressenti, ponctuant la marche de petits ateliers qui vous mettent les 5 sens en éveil. Des instants zen.

Pour commencer : une petite météo intérieure, on entre dans la nature, à l’écoute de soi, on ajoute des focus sur l’ouïe, le toucher, l’odorat, la vue, le goût.. Et voilà que nous sommes surpris par cette sensation perdue depuis bien longtemps : la sérénité.

C’est en tous cas ce qui revient le plus souvent à la bouche de ces marcheurs d’un jour, qui tentent l’expérience avec Isabelle. Ils retrouvent une sensation d’enfance, d’adolescence, une madeleine de Proust. Celle-ci de nous confirmer qu’effectivement la demande est très forte, en cette période morose, pour une re-connexion, un soulagement, un relâchement.

Le fameux “lâcher prise“.

De sa voix de fée elle insiste pour nous dire qu’il n’y a aucune difficulté technique dans les balades qu’elle propose. Il n’est pas non plus question d’être un yogi averti ou un maître de la méditation. Si ses promenades sont ouvertes à toutes et tous, c’est qu’il s’agit ici de partage, pas de niveau, et que ces trois heures passées ensemble peuvent servir d’initiation.

D’ailleurs à la fin de chaques balades, Isabelle vous délivrera quelques petits trucs et astuces, des petits conseils à réutiliser dans la vie de tous les jours. De quoi rester zen au quotidien.

Si vous aimez les lever de soleil, Isabelle vous propose de vous retrouver pour se réveiller en douceur. Sur 1h, de 7h30 à 8h30, prendre du temps pour soi, réveiller le corps lors d’une séance bien-être. Avant de retrouver l’agitation familiale, c’est parfait !
